I use outside-the-box approaches to build a strong therapeutic relationship as a pathway to help the individual connect more deeply to themselves and those around them. I am passionate about helping young men explore their identity and self-narrative. I get to know what makes them tick before supporting them in the development of new mental skills that will help them achieve their goals. I love using sports, music, and movement outdoors to connect with youth through settings and activities that are naturally engaging for a population that often struggles with traditional talk therapy. If you are or care about someone who might benefit from my approach, please fill out the consultation form below! https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/1630981339775-UZQZJ2TEA2VXHJF27KKY/path.jpeg Home - How Arbor Youth Grow: Office-based “talk and play” sessions using a combination of: relationship building and connection mindfulness practice Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills and philosophy creativity and play pieces from additional evidence-based psychotherapies when relevant Sports, music, and nature therapy sessions - see “Services” and contact Chris for more information on these services https://www.arboryouth.com/contact daily 0.75 2024-06-10 https://www.arboryouth.com/services daily 0.75 2024-06-11 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/1631163889974-JCMTBFZMZIDZ3FWM6ALT/Einsteins-Faithful-Servant-by-Leah-Guzman.jpeg Services - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://www.arboryouth.com/aboutchris daily 0.75 2026-06-11 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/a4dd21e6-5985-47a8-8cae-21d496456e1e/IMG_8078.jpg About Chris https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/0855c2ac-4b04-48ff-a965-6e3360578142/Chris-2FINAL+copy.jpg About Chris - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://www.arboryouth.com/gallery-2-1 daily 0.75 2026-10-13 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/758e5d14-43c9-4fa1-9faf-e10ec1372146/IMG_2484.JPG In Action https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/11ad9c76-cc65-4721-afc3-0993a0fa5671/IMG_5923.jpeg In Action https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/1791928864877-50GBMGIAWBZSWLV7YI09/IMG_5914.jpg In Action https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/1791928944994-MTR2B3XRZWW12TT4O9NT/IMG_1709.jpg In Action https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/6be1b84f-8947-4706-93f5-107bdcc3d456/IMG_4563.jpeg In Action https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/611eb83c8fdc4b311421701a/bd10e4c6-dfd7-4c19-88bf-6cdeb7aa8411/IMG_6182.jpeg In Action
